Former Democratic Attorney General and elected Governor Andrew Cuomo will lead a largely Democratic Legislature in 2012. Republicans hold a two-vote majority (32-30) in the Senate while Democrats dominate the Assembly with seats of 96 to 50. The 2012 session opens on January 4.

New York AG Permits Digital Offering Plans

Effective May 15, 2012, timeshare registrants in New York will be permitted to distribute the voluminous Offering Plan to purchasers provided they follow the procedures set forth in the Attorney General's new, revised Cooperative Policy Statement (CPS-10).
